Newport Mind last session of the year singalong

Wednesday 23^rd December – Last Newport Mind session with a go with the flow session. What a lovely and supportive group. Such brilliant feedback about the event the week earlier and hopefully a lot of self esteem built up as a result – I really was very proud of the group – onwards and upwards – maybe with the addition of a few more recruits in the new year!
